Spicy Relish

Spicy relish is back in stock!

First we roast tomato, capsicum, onion, garlic and chilli (red cayenne and carolina reaper). Low and slow to bring out all the wonderful flavours.

Add a bit of vinegar, sugar salt and spices and there you have a wonderful relish that goes on anything from cheese to eggs.

NOTE: the very spicy relish is a very spicy relish. You have been warned.
