Our Story

Our founder Tom started Artisan Ferments from a love for making kimchi and sauerkraut for himself and his family. After finishing a food and nutrition science degree he realised how important our gut health was and how a poor gut could negatively effect our health and mood. With a firm belief that everyone should be having some kind of fermented food or drink every day Tom created Artisan Ferments to spread the fermented food love.
